Random Wednesday

IMG_0530

  • Clark Sable, my trusty steed, hit 100k yesterday.  I'm hoping to double that with him.
  • Inspired by Robyn at the Minimalist Knitter, I culled two large bags of yarn from my stash last week.  Bringing nice yarn to share with knitting friends is fun.  It makes the knitters a little giddy.
  • I'm hoping for a cold rain tomorrow so I will feel inspired to make tomato soup and grilled cheese.  It is fall, after all, and time again for warm soup!
  • Tomorrow is the last day of NaBloPoMo, my first 750 words challenge, and the last day with any clothes in my closet.  Project 333 and other challenges are just around the corner!

What's random and new with you?

  1. And the giddy knitters were very thankful! As for random, new birds this week at the feeder, still need to do my version of Project 333 and purge 33 items (only 2 sets of PJs down right now), and I’m currently watching some dinosaur show with my son while he hits the upside down bucket he is currently using as a hat. Oh, and started thinking about pulling out the Halloween decorations today, if I don’t do it soon, Halloween is going to come and go before I know it!

  2. I have a few bags of yarn that I’m thinking about doing the same thing with. Yarns that I just wont use.
Random with me. Getting ready for a morning run (not normal for me). Trying to avoid meetings (usual for me). Still loving 750.
