Isn’t it pretty? All shades of green. I ordered it from Celia in Australia, and it got here in less than a week. Now to pick the pattern. I’ve thought about Dublin Bay, but I also like Cascading Leaves from the Jeannie Townsend Knitalong group. I’m waiting for Nancy Bush’s Knitting Vintage Socks before I commit to a pattern, though. Any thoughts?
Ohhhh pretty!
I say Dublin Bay. Work your way up to Cascading LEaves!
I say Dublin Bay, too. It’s totally doable, yet impressive & it looks like wonderful yarn for that pattern.
Cascading leaves is actually quite easy – I knit a pair in September – and easy to memorize. It doesn’t have cables, but you don’t have to do lots of stockinette like you do with Dublin Bay.
The color you have chosen would be beatiful no matter what the sock!
Your Cascading leaves were so pretty, Meg…that’s why I’m considering the pattern…
